Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Johannes C. Seybold. I am a psychological adviser and certified systemic personal, business, and team coach. My professional focus is on on leadership coaching, career coaching and career advice, human resource development, and public affairs training.

Besides my private coaching and training practice, I teach leadership psychology, human resource management and leadership, leadership in non-profit organisations and intercultural competences at the University of Applied Sciences (FOM) in Berlin, and I am civilian coach for the leadership of the German Military (Bundeswehr). During more than 20 years of leading people and organisations on four continents, I often and quite sorely missed a non-involved person to talk delicate issues over with in a trusted and non-compromising way. It definitely gets lonely at the top. An open discussion amongst peers can quickly and easily provide new perspectives, ideas, approaches.
